My Name is Michelle Lyons and I’ll be your guide here at the Ladies Room!
I’ve been working as a physiotherapist in women’s health for over twenty years and I’ve added to my toolbox along the way: I’ve training and experience in nutrition, herbal medicine, mindfulness, yoga and pilates. As well as working with the women who have come to see me as patients, I teach clinicians all over the world in specialist topics in women’s health.
I’m passionate about helping women learn more about their own health – using the best science and evidence out there. I want to dispel myths (its NOT normal to leak! cooking healthy food doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive! you don’t need to join a gym to move well!!
Because women deserve to live well.
